Kathmandu. Infinity Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has called a general meeting on Saturday. The meeting will start at 11 am at the Central Office, Gaindakot, Nawalparasi, the company said.
The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 14.75 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend. The existing shareholders will get dividend till January 25.
