Saptari – The share price of Nepal Life Insurance has been adjusted. Nepse has adjusted the price after 31% bonus shares of the company. The adjusted price has been fixed at Rs 2192. Based on this price, its shares are open for trading on Wednesday. Nepse adjusted the price on the basis of the last trading price of Rs 2,872 on Tuesday.

The company has closed the book for the general meeting to be held on January 12. Accordingly, the existing shareholders will get the dividend proposed by the board of directors till Tuesday. The company is going to distribute 31% bonus and 20% cash dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2075-76
