Saptari – The Infrastructure Development Office, Myagdi, has started issuing temporary route permits for vehicles from Tuesday. As per the decision of the secretary level of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development of Gandaki Pradesh on November 25, 2008, it was decided to issue temporary route permits from the Infrastructure Development Office in Myagdi and Parbat.
As per the decision, the Beni-based infrastructure office has started issuing route permits from Tuesday, said Nawaraj Poudel, head of the office. There is a rule that a vehicle has to get a route permit at the rate of Rs. 2 per kilometer while using the road outside the permitted area. “The ministry has given the authority to issue Patke route permits to the existing employees,” said Poudel, chief of the Infrastructure Development Office.
