The last day to secure 15% dividend of Infinity MFI is Thursday, January 25. There are only two days left to become a shareholder on Wednesday and Thursday to get dividend on this basis. For the purpose of the general meeting, it is closing the book from January 26 to the day of the meeting. Infinity has convened its annual general meeting on January 24. It is proposing to distribute 15% dividend.

The company will also pay 14.25% bonus from last year’s profit and 0.75% cash for tax purposes. The meeting will start at 11 am at the company’s central office in Gaidakot, Nawalpur. As the paid-up capital will increase after the bonus, there is also an agenda to amend the management letter and rules accordingly.

In case of merger and amalgamation of any other financial institution, a proposal will be submitted to give full authority to the Board of Directors. Wealth, profit and loss and cash flow for the Fiscal Year 2076-77 will be discussed. An agenda has also been set for the fiscal year 2077-78 by appointing an auditor and fixing the remuneration.
