saptari – Police have arrested a student affiliated to the Nepali Union who tried to protest against the dissolution of the House of Representatives by shaving his hair.

Police intervened when Nevisangha cadres tried to shave their heads against Oli’s move in Madhya Baneshwor, Kathmandu on Wednesday. Saying that the assassination was a murder of the constitution by dissolving the House of Representatives, they had organized a program to go to Malami by shaving their hair.
